Saturday, May 2
We explore the unique landscapes of The Burren with a sacred opening ceremony to begin our journey.
Day 3: Journey through Time: Historic Abbey, and Medieval Banquet
Sunday, May 3 -
Echoes of the Ancestors
Quin Abbey, a 15th-century Franciscan friary surrounded by open land and centuries of devotion.
Bunratty Castle & Folk Park, a fully restored 15th-century fortress on a site originally settled by Vikings in 970
In the evening, we attend a Medieval Banquet at Bunratty Castle. You’ll be greeted by the Earl’s Butler and the Ladies of the Castle, savour a goblet of mead, and enjoy harp, fiddle, and choral music in the Great Hall.
Today we journey to Lough Gur, a sacred landscape deeply associated with Goddess Aíne – the radiant solar deity of love, fertility, and sovereignty. Aíne is one of the great queens of Irish mythology, a guardian of the land and a bringer of light.
We’ll be met by Brian Collopy, a gifted local historian and storyteller. With his guidance, myth and archaeology intertwine as he breathes life into ancient tales, revealing the hidden layers of this mystical region.
In the afternoon, we return to Grange Stone Circle for a Shamanic Drumming Journey led by Maxine. The beat of the drum guides us into the liminal space, awakening ancestral memory, calling in clarity, and deepening our connection to the land and to Aíne herself.
This day is a walk between worlds, history and myth, sky and stone, self and spirit.
After days of deep activation, today is your sacred pause.
✨ This is your sacred exhale.
This day is a healing in itself, no rushing, no requirements, just a deep return to your centre.
Day 7:
Thursday, May 7
Wells, Words & Waves of Sound
In the quiet foothills of the Galtee Mountains lies a hidden holy well, an ancient place of peace, prayer, and presence. The site of an early Christian ruins, this sacred site holds 72 inscribed stone cross slabs, two elegant wheel crosses, and the head of a high cross, silently witnessing centuries of devotion. The well itself flows gently, inviting you to sit beside it in stillness, to reflect, release, or simply rest.
Templeneiry Church becomes the sanctuary for today’s inward journey. Within these ancient stone walls, where prayers once echoed and time seems to soften, we gather for a deeply restorative Sound Bath led by Dee.
This is a ceremony of recalibration, where healing tones, sacred frequencies, and intuitive vibration invite the body to rest, the mind to still, and the soul to rise.
Day 8: Friday, May 8
Step into the heart of Ireland’s ancient power.
This day leads us through the sacred seats of sovereignty, where myth and memory still linger in the stones.
We begin at the Rock of Cashel, the legendary stronghold of kings and saints, where stories of spiritual and political power rise from the very rock.
Next, we move into the quiet reverence of Hore Abbey, a haunting monastic ruin that invites reflection and stillness.
Finally, we explore the formidable Cahir Castle, one of Ireland’s largest and best-preserved castles, its walls holding centuries of resilience, rebellion, and rule.
As we walk through these hallowed grounds, we’re not just visiting historical landmarks, we’re awakening the inner sovereign.
This is a day to reclaim your voice, your worth, and your place on the throne of your own becoming.
Our final sacred stop brings us to the most magnificent Stone Circle, a hidden gem nestled between lakes and waterfalls on the Beara Peninsula. This is a place not many people get to.
Here, we gather for our closing ceremony – a moment to honour all that has been awakened, released, and remembered.
Through guided ceremony and ritual, we give thanks to the land, the ancestors, and the sacred self that has emerged.
This is not an ending, but a return, home to yourself, full of insight, grace, and embodied transformation.
Wake in the stillness of the final morning.
Share a nourishing Full Irish Breakfast.
