By booking a tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.
2. Nature of Our Tours
Our tours are immersive journeys through Ireland’s sacred landscapes, designed to support relaxation, reflection, and personal insight.
Experiences may include:

- meditation and stillness practices
- sound-based experiences
- cultural and spiritual exploration
These experiences are non-clinical and experiential in nature.
They are not intended as therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.
3. No Medical or Therapeutic Services
Ancient Spiritual Tours does not provide:
- medical advice or treatment
- psychological or psychiatric care
- counselling or therapy
- diagnosis of any condition
Participants are responsible for seeking professional support where needed.
4. Booking & Payment
- A deposit is required to secure your place on a tour
- Full payment must be made by the date specified at booking
- Prices are quoted in Euro (€)
- Your booking is confirmed only once deposit is received
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Deposits may be refundable within a specified cooling-off period (as outlined at booking)
- After final payment, all bookings are non-refundable
- No refunds are given for cancellations within the specified final payment window
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
6. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)
All participants must have valid travel insurance covering:
- medical expenses
- cancellation and delays
- personal belongings
Ancient Spiritual Tours is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance.
7. Physical Requirements
Participants must be able to:
- walk on uneven terrain
- manage steps, hills, and outdoor environments
- carry their own luggage where required
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are fit to travel.
8. Personal Responsibility
By joining a tour, you accept full responsibility for your:
- physical health
- emotional wellbeing
- participation in all activities
You agree to:
- listen to your own limits
- step back from any activity if needed
9. Assumption of Risk
Participation in travel and outdoor experiences carries inherent risk.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- uneven ground
- changing weather conditions

By participating, you voluntarily accept these risks.
10. Emotional Wellbeing

16. Photography & Media
Photos may be taken during the tour for promotional use.
If you do not wish to appear in images, you must inform us at the start of the tour.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Participants agree not to bring any claim in any jurisdiction outside Ireland.
